Our Story
It all began when Mr. X and Mr. Y crossed paths, both sharing a deep love for authentic South Asian chai. They felt something was missing in their city — a place where people could experience the true depth, warmth, and comfort of real Karak Chai.
This sparked an idea.
In 2018, they travelled across South Asia to learn directly from the source — exploring tea gardens, tasting regional blends, and understanding how spices, milk, and slow brewing come together to create the perfect cup. They returned with inspiration, recipes, and a mission:
